Indeko 100 brings together IEM students to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Prodeko and the 40th anniversary of Indecs on Friday, January 16, 2026. The festivities begin with cocktail events and the main celebration in Otaniemi, after which guests will travel by organized transportation to Tampere for the afterparty and the traditional sillis brunch.

In 2026, Prodeko turns 60. This milestone is not only a reason to celebrate, but also an opportunity to give back, grow, and build the future together. We will launch Prodeko 60 with a kick-off event where we plant the seeds for the year ahead.

Marking its tenth year, the Prodeko Seminar brings together the entire Prodeko community—students, alumni, and the department—this year in the impressive setting of Hype Arena in Espoo. The seminar explores a question crucial to Finland’s future: how will the next wave of growth emerge?

The event offers inspiring speeches, thought-provoking discussions, and an excellent opportunity to network as part of the Prodeko community. After the official program, the event continues on Hype Arena’s rooftop terrace with a unique evening program.

A documentary-style historical film will cover Prodeko’s 60-year journey from 1866 to the present day. The red carpet will be rolled out at a location in the Eastern Harbor City, to be announced later.

The anniversary year will culminate in the 60th anniversary of Diskonttaus on Friday 9.10.2026.The evening will begin with the usual cocktail party and after the main party, the afterparty will be unleashed. The weekend will be an unforgettable experience and will bring together guild members from 60 years ago.

In ten years, three generations of students pass through a guild, and each one is convinced it invented everything. Prodeko's 60th anniversary exhibition picks up where the last anniversary year left off, right after Diskonttaus in October 2016, and runs all the way to this December: excursions, Wappus and sitsits, a couple of strange years spent online, and everything that came after them, done bigger than before. The objects and photos come from the guild's archives and from guild members and alumni.
